A Word From The Pastor For June

Beulah Family,

Summer vacation is upon us and our parents are eagerly awaiting schools closing. I should say the kids are eagerly awaiting this. Parents I will be in prayer for you. It is tough when they get bored, this happens about the 4th hour of the first day out. We have had a wonderful start to our new year. We have had several salvations and additions to church and we are seeing God moving in many ways. I want to thank so many of you who have taken the lead in projects and ministries this year. We are so excited for our Summer Missions group; the Worship Tour will begin on June 6th at our church. They already have a full summer scheduled. We will have a commissioning service for each of them following the regular service in the evening of June 6th. Please plan on attending and inviting your family and friends. This is a powerful service of music and testimonies. God will bless each of them for their commitment and service.

VBS will be starting in a few weeks, please see Andrea or Darlene or Jade if you have ideas or can help in any way. We will have classes for all ages again this year so let’s fill the halls with kids and adults.

During the months of June and July I am going to be bringing a series of messages on who Jesus is. It will be taken from John 1:1-14, There will be seven messages from this passage and we will do an in depth study of who the Person of Jesus is in our world.

Just a heads up on July, we will have a Fourth of July cookout on July 4th. The church will provide the hamburgers and dogs and we ask you to bring the other fixings.

Take a look out back when you are here and see the new storage building, a couple of our guys worked several days and we have put vinyl siding on it to protect it and also helps with the appearance. Thanks for the hard work guys.
